Bidding is considered a contract between the Purchaser and the Auction Company (Dyn-A-Mite Auctions LLC dba Dyn-A-Mite Deals), therefore you need to register and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale in order to bid on merchandise.  When requesting a bidder number the following information is required:  Full Name, Current Address, Current Cell Phone Number and Email address.  Bidder Numbers may be revoked  and access to the website can be restricted at the discretion of Dyn-A-Mite Auctions LLC dba Dyn-A-Mite Deals. Each Bidder Number receives a weekly invoice via current cell phone number on file.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to review invoice for accuracy and notify us immediately for adjustments.  
All Merchandise purchased must be paid for the week it is purchased. 
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Pennsylvania State Sales Tax is 6% and applicable on all items except exempt items, including groceries (but not soft drinks or prepared foods), clothes and shoes, internet service, newspapers, farm supplies, residential fuel, and other items.  
All Sales are Final and Cancellation requests will not be honored.

1. How does this work?

Create a sign in and Password (this is something that you will need each time)

Click on Request a bidder number (information needed: full name, current address, cell phone number and email address)

3. How do I Bid in a live stream?

We utilize the following 2 types of technics:

Cash, Debit or Credit Cards 5. Do I receive an invoice?

An Invoice is generated at the end of a Saturday live stream. It is sent directly to your cell phone number on file. Please review the invoice for accuracy immediately and if inaccurate send a message for corrections.

6. How do I pay & receive my items:

Curbside Pick up at 14040 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood PA 19522 on specified pick up days. Payment is collected at that time. All items purchased must be picked up the week you purchase them– unless other arrangements are made with management.

Delivery Service is Available upon request and within 15 miles of our location for

a delivery charge of $10.00. A request for delivery service must requested in advance.

7. What if I have someone else picking up, how do I pay?

Contact 484-248-6202 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm to provide payment information.

8. What if I receive the wrong items or the wrong amount of an item?

Send a message from the website and we will advise of the resolution.

9. What is the Bid Board?

It is a online silent auction. Items are listed for a certain period of time and you have the opportunity to bid on them. When the auction ends, a notification will be sent. Pick up and payments will follow our normal pick up schedule.

10. What is the Store?

It is a buy it now storethat you can buy items and the items will be included in your weekly invoice from our live streams, bid board and the store combined. Pick up and payments follow our normal pick up schedule.

11. Are Gift Certificates available to purchase?

Yes, just send a message with your name, bidder number and dollar amount.
